JustCall pricing: every plan, the two-license minimum, and a JustCall alternative
JustCall costs $29 per user per month on Team, $49 on Pro and $89 on Pro Plus when billed annually, or $39, $69 and $109 month to month, and Business and SalesPro are quoted by sales. Every plan carries a license minimum: two on Team, Pro, Pro Plus and SalesPro, ten on Business. So the smallest JustCall bill is $58 a month on annual billing, or $78 month to month. From two people up, JustCall Team and our Team plan cost exactly the same on annual billing, $29 a seat, so the choice comes down to what each includes: JustCall Team adds call queues, 100+ CRM integrations and unlimited call transcription, and it is the better buy for a two-person sales desk that lives in HubSpot. For one person, or for anyone paying month to month, Phoner costs less: $15 or $29 for a single seat on annual billing, $19 or $35 monthly, with no minimum and no term.
The full ranked field is in the guide to the best VoIP for small business, entry pricing for every provider sits yearly against monthly in the business phone system comparison, and Phoner's plans are listed in plain dollars on the pricing page.

Where JustCall is genuinely strong
JustCall is built for teams that sell and support customers from a CRM, and its entry plan shows it. Team at $29 includes unlimited US and Canada calling under a fair usage policy, a toll-free number, call queues, a single-level IVR, SIP desk phone support, unlimited call storage, unlimited AI call transcription, a shared SMS and WhatsApp inbox, and more than 100 CRM, helpdesk and data integrations, plus webhooks and API access. Pro at $49 turns it into a sales floor with a power dialer, local presence, manual voicemail drop, bulk SMS campaigns, live call monitoring with listen, whisper and barge, Salesforce and a multi-level IVR. Pro Plus at $89 adds AI coaching: call scoring, real-time agent assist and live transcription. If your phones are a revenue tool rather than a front desk, JustCall is a serious option.
Where Phoner fits
Phoner wins in two cases. The first is a one-person business: JustCall will not sell fewer than two licenses, so its floor is $58 a month on annual billing and $78 month to month, against $15 on our Starter plan or $29 on Team with the phone menu and ring groups. The second is month to month buying: JustCall Team is $39 a seat without a year up front and ours is $35, so the gap is $4 a person every month at every headcount. On annual billing from two people up, the two Team plans cost exactly the same, and JustCall includes call queues and CRM integrations that sit on our $59 Business plan or that we do not sell at all. We say that plainly in the tables below.
In practice the deciding features are usually the IVR phone menu and call routing and ring groups.

Competitor figures are public list prices and positioning as of 2026. Verify before buying.
Phoner's side of the table starts at $15/user/mo on the Starter plan and $29 on Team, the plan most small teams pick, both month to month. Extra local or toll-free numbers are a flat $5/number/mo. Where the two products tie on a row, the difference is usually how visibly the feature is built: see the IVR phone menu page for exactly how Phoner does it.
JustCall pricing: annual against month to month, with the license minimum priced in
JustCall shows the annual rate by default, with a toggle to monthly billing and a region selector that changes the included calling and texting bundle. The figures below are the United States and Canada bundle. Every plan card also prints a license minimum, so the last column is the smallest bill each plan will accept. Read that column first if you are one person.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| JustCall Team | $29 per user | $39 per user | Two licenses | $58 / $78 a month |

JustCall Team against Phoner Team at one to ten people
On annual billing the two Team plans are both $29 a seat, so from two people up this table is a straight line and the decision is about what each plan includes. The two places the price actually differs are one person, where JustCall bills a second license nobody uses, and month to month billing, where JustCall charges $4 more per seat.

What JustCall actually costs once you read the plan cards
The two-license minimum doubles the bill for a solo operator
Every published JustCall plan prints "Minimum license: 2" under the price, and Business prints ten. A one-person business on Team pays $58 a month on annual billing, which is $696 a year, or $78 a month month to month, which is $936 a year, for one person. The second license costs $348 a year on annual billing even though nobody uses it. The minimum stops mattering at exactly two people, and from there JustCall is priced at the rate it advertises.
At two people and up, the Team plans tie, so compare inclusions
JustCall Team and Phoner Team are both $29 per user on annual billing. That makes this one of the few comparisons where the price table decides nothing past one seat. JustCall Team includes call queues, unlimited AI call transcription, 100+ CRM and helpdesk integrations, webhooks and API access. Phoner Team includes the phone menu, ring groups, business texting, toll-free numbers and call recording with a consent announcement, and puts CRM integrations on Business at $59. If your team logs every call into HubSpot, JustCall Team is the better purchase at the same price.
"Unlimited" calling does not cover toll-free, international or forwarded calls
The fair usage terms printed on the pricing page say unlimited outbound covers mobile and landline calls within your selected region, and unlimited inbound covers routes under $0.02 a minute. They exclude toll-free, premium-rate and shared service numbers, international calls and call forwards. So a business that publishes a toll-free number, or forwards its main line to cell phones, should ask how those minutes are billed, because the rate is not on the pricing page.
Two phone numbers come with the account, not with each user
The feature matrix reads "2 phone numbers / account" in every column, including Business. A ten-person team on Team gets two numbers between them, not ten, and the price of an extra number is not printed on the pricing page. That is fine for a shared sales line and a support line. It matters if every rep needs a direct number. Phoner includes one local number and sells each extra local, toll-free or vanity number at $5 a month.
Team leaves out five things most sales teams expect
On Team the IVR is marked "only single level", Salesforce integration is not ticked, and bulk SMS campaigns, the power dialer and live call monitoring all start on Pro at $49. So does the row labeled "Call Recording Compliance (US only)". A HubSpot team that only needs inbound queues and call logging is well served by Team. A Salesforce shop, or a team that dials lists, should price Pro, which is $98 a month at the two-license minimum on annual billing.
Texting is capped per license, and automated texts sit outside the cap
Team includes 500 SMS segments per license and Pro and Pro Plus include 1,000, for messages inside your selected region. The fair usage note excludes SMS sent through workflows, bulk campaigns and CRM automations, and SMS bundles for the US and Canada are listed as an add-on on every plan. Texting from a US business number also needs A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration with The Campaign Registry, which applies at every US provider, including us.
Phone support is a Business plan feature
The support rows show chat and email support 24 hours a day, five days a week on Team, Pro and Pro Plus, and phone support only on Business, which has a ten-license minimum and a custom quote. Personalized onboarding and a designated success manager are marked "15-licenses minimum" on Pro and Pro Plus. If being able to call your vendor when the phones go down matters to a three-person office, weigh that before you sign.
Month to month costs 34 percent more on Team
Team is $29 annual and $39 monthly, Pro $49 and $69, Pro Plus $89 and $109. The page advertises "up to 29% off" with annual billing, which is the Pro gap measured down from the monthly price. Measured the way a buyer pays it, the premium for skipping the annual term is 34 percent on Team, 41 percent on Pro and 22 percent on Pro Plus. On Phoner it is 27 percent on Starter and 21 percent on Team, and every plan is sold month to month.
AI features are split between tiers and add-ons
Unlimited call transcription is included on every plan. Call summaries, AI scorecards, sentiment analysis and transcription search are an add-on called AI Review Assist on Team and Pro and included on Pro Plus. The AI Voice Agent that answers calls, books appointments and routes callers is a separate add-on with its own pricing page. Budget the plan and the add-ons together if AI is part of why you are shopping. Phoner does not sell an AI receptionist.
The trial is fourteen days, then access is restricted
JustCall offers a fourteen-day free trial with access to its SalesPro features. When the trial ends, access to the platform is restricted until you subscribe, and the FAQ gives you 30 days to do so. That is long enough to test a queue and a CRM connection under real traffic, so connect your CRM on day one rather than day ten.
Who should pick which
Pick JustCall if
Pick JustCall if two or more people make or take sales and support calls from a CRM such as HubSpot, Pipedrive or Zoho, and you want every call logged, transcribed and queued without paying for a higher tier. On annual billing JustCall Team costs the same as our Team plan at any headcount from two up, and it includes call queues and CRM integrations we do not put on that tier. If you need a power dialer, voicemail drop or live coaching, JustCall Pro and Pro Plus sell those and we do not.
Their list price: $29-89/user/mo, two-license minimum
Pick Phoner if
Pick Phoner if one person answers the phone, if you buy month to month, or if your calls are inbound customer calls rather than a sales pipeline. One seat is $15 on Starter or $29 on Team with the phone menu, ring groups, business texting and recording with a consent announcement, against JustCall's $58 floor. Month to month our Team plan is $35 a seat against JustCall's $39, and there is no minimum and no term on any published plan.
Phoner: $15-29/user/mo yearly, $19-35 monthly

Common questions about switching
How much does JustCall cost per month?
JustCall costs $29 per user per month on Team, $49 on Pro and $89 on Pro Plus with annual billing, or $39, $69 and $109 month to month. Business and SalesPro are quoted by sales. Every published plan requires at least two licenses, so the smallest JustCall bill is $58 a month on annual billing or $78 month to month, before taxes and fees.
Does JustCall have a minimum number of users?
Yes. Team, Pro, Pro Plus and SalesPro each require at least two licenses, and Business requires ten, printed on the plan cards. A one-person business still pays for two seats, which makes Team $58 a month on annual billing rather than the advertised $29. The minimum stops mattering at two people.
What is the best JustCall alternative?
For one person or a month to month buyer, Phoner is the closest swap: $15 on Starter or $29 on Team with a phone menu and ring groups, $19 or $35 month to month, with no license minimum. For an outbound sales team, Aircall, Ringover and MightyCall are the nearest like-for-like rivals, though each requires three seats. Dialpad and Quo suit teams that want AI notes or a shared inbox.
Is JustCall good for small business?
Yes, from two people up, especially a sales or support team that works from a CRM. Team at $29 per user on annual billing includes call queues, unlimited transcription and more than 100 integrations. Below two people the license minimum doubles the effective rate, and for inbound front-desk calling a provider that sells a single seat costs less.
Does JustCall include unlimited calling?
Yes, within limits. Unlimited outbound covers mobile and landline calls in your selected region, and unlimited inbound covers routes under $0.02 a minute, under JustCall's Fair Usage Policy. Toll-free, premium-rate and international calls and call forwards are excluded, so ask how those minutes are billed before you publish a toll-free number.
How many phone numbers do you get with JustCall?
Two per account on every plan, according to the JustCall feature matrix. That is two numbers shared across the whole team, not two per user, and the price of additional numbers is not listed on the pricing page. Phoner includes one local number and sells each extra local, toll-free or vanity number at $5 a month.
What is the difference between JustCall Team and Pro?
Team at $29 is the phone system: unlimited regional calling, call queues, a single-level IVR, recording, transcription and CRM integrations. Pro at $49 adds the sales floor: a power dialer, local presence, voicemail drop, bulk SMS, live call monitoring, Salesforce, a multi-level IVR and 1,000 SMS segments per license instead of 500.
Does JustCall have a power dialer?
Yes, from Pro at $49 per user on annual billing, with local presence, manual voicemail drop and three reattempt rules. SalesPro, quoted by sales, adds a predictive and parallel dialer at up to ten lines, answering machine detection and automatic voicemail drop. Phoner does not sell a power dialer, so for outbound list dialing JustCall is the stronger fit.
Does JustCall have a free trial?
Yes. JustCall offers a fourteen-day free trial with access to its SalesPro features. When it ends, access is restricted until you subscribe, and you have 30 days to pick a plan. Business and SalesPro are sold through its sales team.
Can I keep my number if I leave JustCall?
Yes. Under FCC local number portability rules you keep your numbers when you change providers in the same area, and a carrier cannot refuse to release a number over an unpaid balance. If you are on an annual JustCall plan, check your renewal date before scheduling the port. Porting into Phoner is free and usually takes one to two weeks, with your old line ringing until cutover.
